Speaking with multiple departments to get an early insight into how Capital Factory operates.

My interview process in particular with very casual and not typical. I already knew most of the staff before being hired so it was just a short chat.
It had a fast turn around. I knew within a week if I had the job.

How fast they were willing to get things moving. From my first interview to day #1 at Capital Factory, it was only about a month (and I moved across the country!).
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was WAY too long. I had 6 interviews for my position and had to take off so much time from my previous role that it began to look bad. It's not cool to put people in the position to leave their previous employer with a bad taste in their mouth.
