Having been here for less than a year I have experienced high highs and low lows. Staff is great and generally upbeat, but management needs improvement. Young managers are not trained sufficiently, and as a result, their teams get frustrated and leave. I would stay if they could improve retention.

I think they're doing great. We all have growing pains to work out- nothing specific to leadership.

Realizing what they are and not what they say they are

They pay for 100% of our Healthcare.

The benefits are 100% paid by the employer.

Bonus and commission. Benefits are also great.

Employer paid health care for everything I need.

Benefits and pay are complimented by flexible schedules.

The smaller departments who do the most work physically and strategically are paid crumbs while other departments only show up for big events and get all the money and credit.

Supposedly they have a lot of money. They're a VC. They don't pay like it.

My job is providing more value than my compensation. A raise schedule would make me feel better about it

How I will be paid fluctuates nearly every month and it is never clear when earned bonuses will be paid out. The way employee pay is handled could be described as "cavalier" at best.

We are in the trenches together. We are the ones who keep the building, events, memberships, etc. in order and running smoothly, but are the most under paid. Through this you bond with your team. We work together to get things done and everyone gives their all.

They had me meet with other teams.

Speaking with multiple departments to get an early insight into how Capital Factory operates.

It was WAY too long. I had 6 interviews for my position and had to take off so much time from my previous role that it began to look bad. It's not cool to put people in the position to leave their previous employer with a bad taste in their mouth.
