What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Realizing what they are and not what they say they are
I think they're doing great. We all have growing pains to work out- nothing specific to leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay for 100% of our Healthcare.
The benefits are 100% paid by the employer.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Supposedly they have a lot of money. They're a VC. They don't pay like it.
My job is providing more value than my compensation. A raise schedule would make me feel better about it

How I will be paid fluctuates nearly every month and it is never clear when earned bonuses will be paid out. The way employee pay is handled could be described as "cavalier" at best.
Personally identifiable circumstances, in addition to the fact that we are not provided any retirement benefits.

Staff is empathetic and supportive. There tends to be a pretty good culture fit of those hired here.
We always have each other's back and all work hard.
The people here are really nice, passionate and smart, but are stunted by leadership and unable to do their jobs to the best of their ability.

Employees have an opportunity to work better together, especially between departments, which includes more clear communication and accountability.

Speaking with multiple departments to get an early insight into how Capital Factory operates.
I appreciated receiving a tour of the space and being asked to write down anything I thought could be improved or changed.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was WAY too long. I had 6 interviews for my position and had to take off so much time from my previous role that it began to look bad. It's not cool to put people in the position to leave their previous employer with a bad taste in their mouth.

What makes me happy at work is know that I have a real impact on what happens at Capital Factory. Our space is always evolving and that is because of the innovative team that is always working to improve every process, procedure, and policy within the office.

Staff are unable to do their jobs effectively due to unorganized and unhelpful leadership.
