What's the parental leave policy? Any paid parental leave?
Response from CaptivateIQ3 years agoHi there! Sorry for the late reply. We do have a parental leave policy. Birthing parents who have worked at CaptivateIQ for more than a year are paid 100% of their salary during the 12 weeks of leave! Non-birthing parents, can take up to 8 weeks!
