I have worked previously for this company in many forms, First Olsten Kimberly home care, then just Olsten, then merged/puchased may other home care companies, ended with Gentiva, where I held a director position until retirement, now back as per diem to help the new team! excited

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a per diem manager, my compensation is great, but no benefits are offered to per diem and or part time employees. would be nice to even have a partial health care buy in by employee option, just saying...
