What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a member of an independent office, we don't get to know our leadership team well for the company at large. Things seems to be moving in a positive direction so I would rate them highly based on that. In my specific office, we could use more training for new agents.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together in our office and all questions are answered. It's not dog-eat-dog like I think much of the real estate world is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is working together to help each other, even though they don't get any direct pay or benefit from helping others.
Constructive Feedback from Employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an independent contractor we obviously don't get any base pay or benefits but it would be great to have a way for Affiliated to leverage their size and give us buy in options for benefits that we purchase on our own.
