Egregiously underpaid and overworked with very limited opportunities for inside growth and raises. Excessive concern over occasional waste of a paper or plastic item instead of paying employees a living wage.

The overall 'get things done' attitude.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is little restriction on self-expression and identification at my store specifically, which is not the norm for the Company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I only appreciate the management specifically at my store, who try to advocate for better and more equal pay for front and back of house staff to the franchise owners.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is difficult to come to work everyday and be told 'thank you for working so hard' and 'you did a great job today' without any actual substance to back up those words. I feel that if I and others were truly appreciated, we would be paid more and fairly.
