What does the leadership team need to get better at?
1. Communicating real information to his professional staff. 2. Treating professionals as such...including RNs. We are treated like burdens.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better treatment. I make an okay salary but am expected to do many things uncompensated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Professionals need to act as such. Stop the rampant absenteeism and learn to do the job right.
