Definitely a company you can change and grow with. I've had several different positions in different departments until I found the fit that was right for me. I feel educated on the business in entirety, not just the portion that I do every day.

Full transparency and very open to ideas. Pressure to perform and ample training to have the opportunity to do so.

Really hard to think of just one thing. I love my coworkers, the work we do is really cutting-edge and exciting to be a part of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team truly enjoys working with each other and bouncing ideas off of one another. Everyone has a voice and opinion and the company values them all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is allowed to be themselves. The dress code is laxe and so are the rules about what you can/can't say. I feel like I can always speak my mind and not be punished for doing so. It is a company that values every person's input. Plus there are dogs and snacks.
