The rot starts from the roots. Ceo berates his management team constantly, so they have no idea how to manage effectively.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k match is a nice addition

Getting paid the industry average
The company doesnt pay fair wages for time and energy put in.
More money on my paycheck.
Being paid more / having retirement program of some sort. Having the workload more clearly defined / structured would also help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very intelligent, which is nice.
Energetic and invested in the growth of the company.
My team is extremely passionate about what they do. They are always willing to help out if another coworker needs it.

No one's hard work is ever overlooked, and being surrounded by motivated, energized, young professionals is a breath of fresh air.

The account management director is an imbecile who cant even keep track of new hires. He needs to move on to a role more suited for him.
