The CEO gave me a very good idea of what the job would be like in my second interview.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid more / having retirement program of some sort. Having the workload more clearly defined / structured would also help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At the highest level of leadership they do a great job of clearly expressing their vision. As you take steps down the management ladder the execution of that vision gets diluted quickly with busy work.
