What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part is that the compensation gets better as the company reaches new levels of success. It's nice to see that company growth directly effects the compensation of the employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A lot of fresh minds, that all know what they are doing. Team members can help you even they are not directly working on your accounts, always willing to educate you or discuss issues, find solutions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know a lot of companies advertise themselves as a "family" but Click Here legitimately feels like a family. And it's not through forced exposure, but more of how we handle processes and interact every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very honest and transparent about the company's goals, your starting rate, the path to success, and the overall view of how things work and what to expect. They are also willing to hire people not based solely on a degree.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Hard-working, insightful, a lot of industry and field knowledge. Involved with daily action, and always willing to help at a moment's notice. The leadership team also doesn't have that "leadership" feel, just feels like senior people trying to help new people learn quickly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometimes the client base can be rough to work with, and typically the issues with the client trickle down to multiple departments. The pace can also be overwhelming and issues can become dangerous if not handled properly, effectively, and in a timely manner. It can be stressful.
