I've been with the company for 5.5 years because I found a niche of interest. I would encourage new hires to work on job crafting and constantly express areas / projects of interest in the company once they're onboard. This has allowed me to keep a job closer to what I consider ideal at this point.

We should reach the average median salary that is reported across platforms for managerial roles, since we are not at the startup phase any longer and Clutch has market value in the hundreds of millions already.
