We have a more complex PTO structure than I'm used to but greatly prefer it to the standard X PTO days to use across any situation. By providing Vacation / Sick / Flexible / Telehealth / Volunteer days all separately, I'm able to help my sick child without worry of burning my PTO.

Compensation does not reflect the job performance or description in the market.

I do not feel undervalued. Internal pay transparency would make me feel better about my compensation, because I consistently get recruited and receive offers for 30% to 70% my salary.

Transparency about what the market is paying versus what my current compensation is. Sometimes it feels like I'm in the dark about compensation, and peers who are in similar roles and sized companies often have better compensation than me.
