What makes you most happy at work?
Being in Marketing is fun, and even at a Director-level position I get to be a Marketer, and not a corporate bureaucrat.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Clutch team is talented through the organization. We hire well, not only for performance but also for culture. I thoroughly enjoy working with my colleagues and the ideas they bring to the table.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely empathetic. They regularly check-in with their teams to help prioritize projects and listen when ideas for improvements are presented. It's a great leadership team and are very well respected throughout the organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a more complex PTO structure than I'm used to but greatly prefer it to the standard X PTO days to use across any situation. By providing Vacation / Sick / Flexible / Telehealth / Volunteer days all separately, I'm able to help my sick child without worry of burning my PTO.
