Very positive. The opportunity to grow a team and facilitate growth and collaboration has been exciting and rewarding. I do find some of the projects reactionary instead of proactive so in the future I'd like to see more communication on the strategy behind certain decisions and projects.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
pay is competitive, benefits seem like a good value/cost. Yearly bonus are nice but it'd also be nice to have those per quarter or mid and end of year perhaps.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our openness and support for each other has really facilitated a strong learning environment and productive team. We all respect each other and can share open and constructive feedback on each other's work and insights.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support we all give each other. No one is truly on their own island. We are all working together to provide the best solutions to our customers and also have a positive impact on the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team and across other teams. I really enjoy the collaborative and collective environment. I haven't come across any hidden agendas or office politics, which is pretty where these days. They may be there but they don't affect the day-to-day operations as far as I see.
