Poor senior management, poor work culture and professional ethics. The worst environment I ever worked in.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating, hiring outside of family and friends and business strategy

In person and not drawn out with too many rounds

I felt as though at each stage my interviewers weren't well prepared and I answered the same questions in mutliple interviews with different people
