What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating, hiring outside of family and friends and business strategy

There is nothing that would make me stay here and I’m looking for a way o
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendship, good support, nice place to work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No meaningful collaboration. The tech team and CTO are difficult to work with, unresponsive and unwilling to cooperate
Tech leads all decisions and the product roadmap ignores customer needs
There is no respect for co workers here
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working remotely and not having to interact personally with any of the management team
Full peace, very comfortable, always cool
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There’s no team spirit, a lot of bitterness and the core values are meaningle
Leadership has no direction and is ego driven. No criticism is allowed with untalented people in "leadership" roles and a CEO who embraces weakness and nepotism.
What did you like most about the interview process?
In person and not drawn out with too many rounds

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I felt as though at each stage my interviewers weren't well prepared and I answered the same questions in mutliple interviews with different people
