Mr. William A. White serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Coastway Bancorp, Inc. Mr. White has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at Coastway Credit Union (alternate name Coastway Community Bank) and its predecessor Warwick Credit Union since 1994. He has been a Director of Coastway Credit Union (alternate name Coastway Community Bank) and its predecessor Warwick Credit Union since 1994. Mr. White serves as a Director of Coastway Bancorp, Inc. He served as a Director of Business Development Company of Rhode Island. Mr. White is a present and past board member of a number of community service organizations in Rhode Island including the Providence Performing Arts Center and the Meeting Street School.

Ms. Jeanette Fritz has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Coastway Bancorp, Inc. and Coastway Community Bank at Coastway Bancorp, Inc. since May 2013. Prior to joining the bank, Ms. Fritz was an Audit Partner of KPMG LLP where she was employed from 1987 to 2012. Ms. Fritz primarily performed audits of community banks as well as other financial services organizations during her tenure at KPMG. Ms. Fritz is a certified public accountant.

Mr. James P. Fiore serves as Secretary of Coastway Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Fiore Founded Thames Records Management, Inc., in 2008 and served as its President. He sold AMS Imaging, a scanning and software company that he founded and operated for 40 years. Mr. Fiore has served as Corporate Secretary of Coastway Community Bank since 2000. His extensive experience in records management and technology provide the board of directors with valuable expertise on similar issues concerning the bank. He has been a Director at Coastway Bancorp, Inc. since 1996.

Mr. Richard H. Petrarca has been the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Coastway Community Bank at Coastway Bancorp, Inc. since May 2013. Mr. Petrarca served as Chief Financial Officer of Coastway Bancorp, Inc. since 1993.

Mr. Stephen J. Gibbons serves as an Executive Vice President of Business Lending of Coastway Community Bank. Mr. Gibbons serves as the Chief Business Lending Officer of Coastway Community Bank, a subsidiary of Coastway Bancorp, Inc. and has been its Executive Vice President of Business Lending since 2008. Mr. Gibbons served as a Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial Real Estate of Bank Rhode Island, a subsidiary of Bancorp Rhode Island Inc. Mr. Gibbons served as Director of Real Estate & Business Development at Bancorp Rhode Island, Inc. since January 26, 2006. Mr. Gibbons was with Bancorp Rhode Island, Inc. since its inception and has played a significant role in the growth of its real estate portfolio. He serves on the boards of directors of Polaris Management and Cranston West Little League. Prior to joining the bank, he served in various senior lending positions with Bank Rhode Island from 1996 to 2008. He has served with a number of community service organizations in the Cranston metropolitan area. He holds a degree in marketing and economics from Bryant University and is an active member of the Greater Cranston Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Rhode Island Builders Association.

Jay Frink serves as the VP Senior Application Support Specialist of Coastway Community Bank. Jay started at Coastway Community Bank in June of 2013. Jay currently resides in New London/Norwich, Connecticut Area.

Jana Planka serves as the Executive Vice President of Coastway Community Bank. Jana started at Coastway Community Bank in June of 1994. Jana currently resides in Providence, Rhode Island Area.
