My experience is good so far but just one thing I will mention is job insecurity nowadays rest everything is excellent, I keep my work clean and assisting everyone during my work, I am a keen learner and I believe if I am working for 9 hours a day then we should give our 100% because it is paying me

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Environment is all good, we have policies and processes that is encouraging us to trust, everyone is supportive at all levels, it is exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trusting each-other and working like a team not by words but always by actions, taking risks and solving problems together in this way each team member brings distinct skills to the team and sometimes we respectfully disagree.

About my team in trusting each other and helping, we do solve problems together, there is no competition within the team, we are growing equally and trying our best to meet company's requirements so that we can bring more business and every one can grow with our company
