Mr. Andrew L. McDonald, also known as Andy, serves as the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Columbia Banking System Inc. Mr. McDonalds has been the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Columbia State Bank (formerly, Columbia Bank), a subsidiary of Columbia Banking System Inc. since joined in June 1, 2004. His main areas of responsibility include credit administration, special credits, compliance and loan operations. He served as Senior Vice President and Team Leader at US Bank for its South Sound Commercial Banking Group. He has over 18 years of banking experience. Mr. McDonald served as credit officer of US Bank and West One Bank. He managed US Bank's Media & Telecommunications group and South Puget Sound Commercial Banking group. He held lending positions with Mellon Bank and Security Pacific. He served as Team Leader for a Media and Telecommunications Banking Group, as well as a Senior Credit Officer and Relationship Manager. Mr. McDonald serves as a Board Member of the Tacoma Pierce County Chamber of Commerce, Pierce/Thurston County Junior Achievement and the South Sound Boys and Girls Club. He was the Vice Chair of the Chamber's 2003 Total Resource Campaign. He served on the board of Big Brothers and Big Sisters from 1997 to 2002 and was a Founding Board Member of the American Cancer Society's Vertical Challenge Campaign. Mr. McDonald holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from Notre Dame University, where he was accepted into the accelerated MBA Program and graduated with Honors.

Mr. Clint E. Stein has been Chief Operating Officer of Columbia State Bank since July 13, 2017 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Stein has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Columbia Banking System Inc since July 13, 2017 and August 2012 respectively. He served as serves as Chief Financial Officer at Columbia State Bank until July 13, 2017. Mr. Stein served as Chief Financial Officer at Columbia Banking System Inc from August 2012 to July 13, 2017. He has over 10 years of experience in banking and accounting. Mr. Stein served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Columbia Banking System Inc. from 2005 to January 23, 2015. at Mr. Stein served as Acting Chief Financial Officer at Columbia Banking System Inc. from May 10, 2012 to August 28, 2012. Mr. Stein served as Senior Vice President of Columbia Banking System Inc. since 2005 until August 28, 2012 and served as its Controller since February 2006. Mr. Stein has a Bachelor degree in both Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Idaho. His post-graduate schooling includes the Graduate School of Bank Financial Management and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Barry S. Ray has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Columbia Banking System Inc. since January 23, 2015 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Ray joined the Columbia Banking System Inc. in 2006 as an Assistant Vice President and Regulatory Reporting Officer. He served as Vice President of Finance and Reporting at Columbia Banking System Inc. from January 2010 to July 2012 and also served as its Senior Vice President and Controller from August 2012 to January 2015.
