What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel in the loop on the entire roadmap and direction of the company. There is a lot of transparency, so nothing hits us by surprise. They live a culture of do what you love, love what you do! It's nice to see that not in just words, but truly manifested throughout the organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They really help us with health insurance (paid entirely by company), and they match my 401k. CoSchedule also offers unlimited time off and flexibility with our work schedules so we can balance work and personal life. They care about our futures.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Openness and trust. I am not micromanaged, but feel trusted and empowered to do good work with help from my manager and peers. It's a very nice change of pace.
