The big wig people seem to be compassionate, but its the managment below them that is absolutely awful. I worled for my compqny for 9 ywars and quit.

Absolutely. And you cannot buy reapwct.

You cant change it or them.

We were bought out so it was just a transition

My team individually is great, its my bosses boss and up.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are no personable. Suoer rude and our manager ran a cult like ream.
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing and that is why after my latest transfer to a department i did not want to go to nor applied, i quit.
