In the several years I have been there I was promoted fairly quickly but now im so good at my job that they wont let me move anywhere else. Its getting extremely frustrating

Great company to work for, but the workload is high due to venture capital ownership. The people are fantastic.

Good for starters, engaging, but moving on to more difficult teams gets worse. Their processes are hobbled together and inefficient, software is written poorly and it feels like no one is fairly compensated.
