The management clearly cares about employees and solicits feedback on a regular basis to see where improvements might be beneficial. In the US we are nearly 100% remote so employees can be located anywhere in the country. I love my team and have resources and authority to make improvements.

Highly collaborative, people are very willing to assist others. We also like to have fun and have an employee committee who regularly put on games and events that are very entertaining.
