Mr. David Ray Parker has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Covenant Transportation Group, Inc. since 1994. Mr. Parker served as the President of Covenant Transportation Group, Inc. since founding it in 1985 until February 18, 2016. Mr. Parker was elected to the Board of Directors of the Truckload Carriers' Association in 1994. He has been a Director of Covenant Transportation Group, Inc. since 1985. Operations of Armada Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a privately held third party logistics company from April 2006 to July 2016 Mr. Newbourne served as Senior Director, Transportation and Logistics Planning of Exel Plc (now known as EXEL Limited) since October 2004. Mr. Newbourne was responsible for the development of carrier, capacity and procurement programs with specific emphasis on optimizing Exel's position with carriers throughout Exel Plc. transportation network. He has over 24 years of transportation and logistics business experience Mr. Newbourne was also responsible for developing an equipment management program to support the business's intermodal service offering, as well as coordinating similar carrier and capacity management activities across Exel's contract logistics and freight management operations.

Mr. Joey B. Hogan has been President of Covenant Transportation Group, Inc. since February 18, 2016. Mr. Hogan served as Chief Operating Officer at Covenant Transportation Group, Inc. since May 23, 2007. Mr. Hogan served as Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to February 2016. Mr. Hogan served as the President of Covenant Transport, Inc., a subsidiary of Covenant Transportation Group, Inc. since May 23, 2007 until February 18, 2016. From August 1997 to December 2001, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Covenant Transport, Inc. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Hogan served as the Chief Financial Officer of The McKenzie Companies in Cleveland, Tennessee, a group of privately-owned companies. From 1986 to 1996, Mr. Hogan served in various capacities, including three years as Director of Finance, with Chattem, Inc. He has been a Director of Chattem Inc. since April 8, 2009.

Mr. Samuel F. Hough, also known as Sam, has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CTI at Covenant Transportation Group, Inc. since joining in February 2013. Prior to joining Covenant Transportation, Mr. Hough served as Vice President of Sales from 2010 to 2013, Vice President of Regional Operations from 2009 - 2010 and Vice President of Revenue Management from 2006 to 2009 for Conway Truckload, a freight transportation provider operating in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Mr. Richard B. Cribbs has been the Chief Financial Officer of Covenant Transportation Group, Inc., since May 2008 and has been its Executive Vice President since February 15, 2016. Mr. Cribbs served as the Corporate Controller of Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings Inc. since August, 2005 and has been its Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer since January, 2006. Mr. Cribbs served as Controller of Tandus US, Inc.(formerly Tandus Group Inc) since September 2005. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Covenant Transportation Group, Inc., until January 10, 2012. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Covenant Transportation Group, Inc., from May 2007 to May 2008 and served as its Corporate Controller from May 15, 2006 to May 2007. He joined Covenant Transportation Group in May 2006. Mr. Cribbs has more than 15 years of financial experience. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Modern Industries LLC in Chattanooga from 1998 to 2005. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Cribbs served as Financial Manager of the commercial division of Shaw Industries. He worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Arthur Andersen & Co./LLP from 1992 to 1996. Mr. Cribbs holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
