Promise of fair compensation has never been fulfilled for any of us, ever. We were under a budget freeze, and every single employee had to do the work of three with no management for 6 months. They pay us pennies to break our backs while they pay their leadership employees to stay at home/vacation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits packages are very expensive and they don't cover much at all. Pay isn't adequate, benefits aren't worth it, environment is draining.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has a startup/revolving employee outlook. They advertise that they have all these positions to focus on employee happiness, but we never even see anyone from corporate unless someone gets fired or investigated. The pay brackets are also lackluster and outdated.
