Awesome people with high defication
Open communication, room to make mistakes and grow
The motivation they give me to do my best
Nothing. The individuls who manage and operate locations are good people with positive intentions. Unfortunately the executive teams decisions and behavior bleed to the bottom. Creating one of the worst companies in cannabis.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything....start by hiring people who don't live with there parents. Learn to be professional. Get S.O.P. ... Be consistent
Holding people accountable, communication, arriving to work on time, following directives from those above them
Respecting the employees and acknowledging the ones who do the work. There's a lot of people that manipulate the job so that they can get by doing the smallest amount of work. A pay raise for training isn't too much to ask for.
Being actual leaders and working together. There are too many competing priorities and none are moving the company forward.
Zero initiative or concerns and management
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is my first benefit package offered to me
high salary and stock is great
all the greats perks and discounts
Having retroactive medical benefits and employee discounts even as a medical patient.
It is compatible to others in my role in other like companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no voice that speaks/protects wellness advisors. We are treated sub-human by upper leadership and HR is part of the problem.

Just fair pay ....all I expect for fair work
After several rounds of layoffs my responsibilities drastically increased but there was no additional compensation.
More transparency and recognition for the work being done.
Management simply does not want you to grow, they want you to stay in your lane.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Greatest team of people I have ever worked with. Very hardworking and work-focused individuals who all want to collaborate to make this the best company possible

The individual humans that believe in cannabis.
Brilliant, hard working, passionate about what they do.
My coworkers are amazing people. Very fun and kind and hard working.
The people are generally very nice, management is just horrible.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nothing ever enfoced EVER sadly
Needs more training and rules enforced
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants to see the team succeed and supports each other in doing so

The individuals that operate the retail and manufactoring locations.
Cannabis is the best thing on the planet
My coworkers are great people.
Individuality is strongly encouraged here
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything I have already said
Baerly anyone gets along , attendance policy is NOT enfoced by anyone
A change in management, especially within HR
Overhaul management from top to bottom and remind them the hourly people pay the bills and need to be treated as such
What did you like most about the interview process?
I did not interview, but my coworkers who have said that it was quick and easy

At the time of hire we were interviewed via zoom.
It was quick and personal.
Pre-screening staff was very professional
Video was done in group setting with equal opportunities to speak
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Unless it is a VP level role there is no need for more than 3 rounds of interviews at the most.
They can be more upfront that there is not opportunity to grow.
Take advantage of employees skills instead of telling them they know nothing
What makes you most happy at work?
Whenever upper management says they will not be around for awhile because then both my coworkers and the patients can be happy

Going home to be away from the drama allowed and encouraged by some managers logistics and processing

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quality of products. Demand on employees with zero compensation. Maybe hire people who want to make a change for the better in the company, rather than temp out all your agents.
Management needs to manage and clear house of deceptive employees
Everything is wrong with the company. Nothing can be improved at Cresco.
The customer service is pretty good, however management is horrible.
