The first year was okay, but we got locked into a terrible contract. Then the quality of everything took a nosedive. Management started treating us poorly, we were expected to do so much outside of the scope of the job description for nothing extra. Working there was toxic.
What did you like most about the interview process?
At the time of hire we were interviewed via zoom.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quality of products. Demand on employees with zero compensation. Maybe hire people who want to make a change for the better in the company, rather than temp out all your agents.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting the employees and acknowledging the ones who do the work. There's a lot of people that manipulate the job so that they can get by doing the smallest amount of work. A pay raise for training isn't too much to ask for.
