Respecting the employees and acknowledging the ones who do the work. There's a lot of people that manipulate the job so that they can get by doing the smallest amount of work. A pay raise for training isn't too much to ask for.

Leadership has a startup/revolving employee outlook. They advertise that they have all these positions to focus on employee happiness, but we never even see anyone from corporate unless someone gets fired or investigated. The pay brackets are also lackluster and outdated.
