- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Respecting the employees and acknowledging the ones who do the work. There's a lot of people that manipulate the job so that they can get by doing the smallest amount of work. A pay raise for training isn't too much to ask for.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Quality of products. Demand on employees with zero compensation. Maybe hire people who want to make a change for the better in the company, rather than temp out all your agents.
