What does the leadership team need to get better at?Respecting the employees and acknowledging the ones who do the work. There's a lot of people that manipulate the job so that they can get by doing the smallest amount of work. A pay raise for training isn't too much to ask for.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Quality of products. Demand on employees with zero compensation. Maybe hire people who want to make a change for the better in the company, rather than temp out all your agents.
