Five year employee. Every day is worse than the one before it. Managers were braiding each other's hair before they came to tell us we're doing mandatory overtime today, yet they had time to literally braid each other's hair. They've also been caught violating federal payroll laws more than once.

When we clock out it's a positive time, everyone is happy to leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We aren't treated with dignity or decency and no amount of money can compensate for that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading. They are true managers, not leaders, and inspire nobody. They lie and contradict each other so we never know what the truth is. They have been caught adjusting employee hours to improve their labor numbers on multiple occassions.
