Managers that work directly with our teams are doing their best with what they are given. But they are being laid off as well. Upper managment just sees how much can be saved by firing tons of good people then brag about their promotions once they are done.

Leading. They are true managers, not leaders, and inspire nobody. They lie and contradict each other so we never know what the truth is. They have been caught adjusting employee hours to improve their labor numbers on multiple occassions.

Only a part time worker so don't really get benefits, however they are very flexible with scheduling hours and are very understanding when you get sick/something personal comes up and you can't work hours and/or have to shift some around

The company seems to have lost its core messaging. What used to be a community-driven company is increasingly self-absorbed. while compensation lags behind cost of living in most areas the company is based. Leadership also lacks focus and is disorganized.
