What do you like best about the leadership team?
Managers that work directly with our teams are doing their best with what they are given. But they are being laid off as well. Upper managment just sees how much can be saved by firing tons of good people then brag about their promotions once they are done.

Actually listening to the employees instead of offering hollow platitudes and empty promises to “look into areas of concern
They say what you want to hear, but throw anything and everything under the bus other than take personal blame for their shortsightedness
Leading. They are true managers, not leaders, and inspire nobody. They lie and contradict each other so we never know what the truth is. They have been caught adjusting employee hours to improve their labor numbers on multiple occassions.
