What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Small company with a casual culture. People are able to build on their relationships with others. Like a big family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most coworkers are team players. We are all in this together and can count on most of our peers. Others just pass the buck and lie to stay out of trouble.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's touch and go. Just when you think they are adding much needed value to the company, things fall apart.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very competitive and since we are a smaller company it is hard to compete with the big guys.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The same position elsewhere has a much higher compensation. While I like the company and my position, the knowledge and experience I provide is not appreciated. There are others who do much less and have awful work ethics, who get paid much more.
