What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to care more about their workers and families. They also need to stop working people from sun up to sun down everyday of the week. Pay is great, but not worth all of the time spent away from having a social life.

They have their favorites. If you don't participate in what they don't like you.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Give people the time off that they deserve and stop calling them in on their off day.
