- interesting project, and anythin which is related to project and client is OK -weak engagement from HR, it's annoying that they have time to organize events like 'pizza day' or anyting for kids, but they dont have time to care about employee.

- mismatch salary to the market - salary rise need to be requested by myself, I think company should check salary and inform that I deserve for rise

more engagement from HR, but not in organize events like 'pizza day', but to care about employee. ask about feedback, suggest trainings, share better feedback which include more about technical skills
