the culture here is amazing, besides the fact they allow us to express our ideas they give a lot of ground for initiative. The management believes that everyone should have a voice in the company. I think the fact they allow a fair amount of work-life balance is also a great vlaue

they gave me a chance even though I didn't necessarily come from the specific field I was interviewing for
What is the best part about your compensation package?
we get a scholarship fund and also the company hands a fair amount of options. The salary I get here is a little above average than similar positions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give us inspiration, they're transparent and accessable they are true visionaries that always have an open door to any new thoughts and ideas. They are egoless which that in itself is something rare that I personally didn't experience much in my previous jobs
