What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It's oppressive. That's the easiest way I know how to describe it.

There are only a few people I get along with. We are each other's solaces.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The time when we all leave work is the most positive time of the day.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership dictates what goes on, obviously, but the union is complicit in that and offers zero support for the employee.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being in a call center is tough business, but there could be better compensation for the sheer volume of calls, and having to stick to HIPPA and OSHA standards.
