I can't stress enough how positive and inclusive the staff is. I love how upbeat and engaged everyone is.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Incredibly friendly coworkers that always make me feel heard and understood. I consistently feel like everyone is out to help me any time I need it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The culture and organization is best in class. Everyone is friendly, inclusive, and collaborative. That being said, we tend to chase shiny objects and over-extend ourselves which doesn't always feel great. That being said, our leaders are always open to feedback and willing to hear from everyone.
