What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is supportive and tries to get to know you as a person. Senior leadership have proven themselves to be advocates of their reports and my concerns are always quickly and constructively addressed.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped commission with added accelerators.

Base pay/benefits are extremely competitive. I think the stock options could be better, but I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth, with regard to all the other compensation.

Fair market rate for Salary (in the Bay Area, the People group works a herculean task of trying to keep salary market rate figures for almost everywhere. It's understandably not consistent everywhere they are continually improving other locales.)

Everyone is super supportive and motivating. The fact that they are going above and beyond to excel at their job makes me want to do the same.

They actually live by the values. People are collaborative, kind, sharing, but they set boundaries and say what they mean. People keep promises, but they're also flexible and understanding. They take diversity and inclusion seriously.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They said it would be within 2 weeks, and it was within 2 weeks. Everyone was friendly and I was not intimidated to interview.

The transparency - the entire process was Google-able. It's also clearly designed to be equitable.

The freedom I have to choose when and how I work, while also knowing that my efforts will not only be seen and acknowledged but rewarded.

The sense of autonomy, the exciting challenges, and the clear relationship between my work and value for the company. My direct manager is also the best manager I've ever had. It's great because we all only have one manager.
