How everyone is friendly and welcoming, no one looks down on newcomers and everyone tries very hard to welcome you into the fold.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's competitive pay, especially considering there's no cost for commute/wear and tear on my car. 401K matching and they also have discretionary bonuses
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The full time work from home and completely flexible environment, complete work/life balance. You don't have to justify having obligations outside of work.
