The unlimited paid time off.

Unlimited PTO, flexibility, working remotely and reimbursement for traveling to meet other employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I struggle with the fact that my base compensation is lower than I could get from other organizations but there are a lot of positives that keep me here.
