Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I struggle with the fact that my base compensation is lower than I could get from other organizations but there are a lot of positives that keep me here.

Everyone is always willing to jump in and help whenever possible. Positive attitudes all across the board, even when the work is tough.
