Process a claim without sending me a signature required form twice, and then denying the claim for no signature, when I have proof that I faxed the signature form to them.
I have been trying to get reimbursed for eye glass expenses incurred for over a year. I call once a month and ask where my check is. They say they don't know and they'll issue a new one. Round and round we go.
It has never been a positive experience. People leave after 15 years or 15 minutes. I've seen people walk out without a second's notice. They'll write someone up for no reason, then dismiss them weeks later. It's just horrible.
