I work at store #904 for a little over a year now. I am the last hire we have had that hasnt quit after a week. We are always understaffed and treated unequally. The rules for some isnt the same for all. Their are so many things wrong with my store I need more space. Over it!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think Ive said it all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They make me laugh when I need it and some will back me up when needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Team work. Every shift is for themselves. Professionalism, I have never seen such an unprofessional team of managers. Over all doing their jobs correctly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone does thats just the world but I am a team member constantly working by myself in the front given no help most the time yet called in to help everyone else. My general manager says everyones replaceable yet cant find anyone to ever work my shifts when necessary.
