Every day I am motivated to come to work and crush it. The senior leadership team is so motivating and engaged with us on a daily basis. The work I do is fun and rewarding ($$). Every day is a challenge to do better than the day before. I love working at DMS!!

Our leadership team is highly motivating and really works hard to make a personal connection with me. I feel like they really care about me as a person and my success as an employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment is positive and upbeat. As a former college athlete I really like the competitive drive that the company has. I feel like every day is a new day to win the game.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company is very generous. I am able to make a great living while doing what I love to do. The stock option plan this year was very generous and motivates me to want to crush it daily for team DMS.
