They communicate very well with their teams. I could not ask for a better team lead. Every lead keeps us on our toes and make sure that we have the proper tools to succeed everyday at DMS. They teach their teams to be the best no matter what.

Employee retention, professional growth, communication, strategic planning, team building, hiring, mentorship, delegation, support, gratitude, cleaning old messes, and transparency.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits package is comprehensive without being expensive. It includes more than just medical, dental and vision coverage. We have access to amazing mental health platforms and resources too!
DMS cares about the well-being of their employees as well as satisfaction. The best part about my compensation package is the weekly bonuses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No much ability to move up, minimal increase compensation and typically lower than market rate.

It is very rare to receive a merit raise or bonus. They haven't even given raises to accommodate for the significant rise in cost of living over the past 2-3 years.
I feel that DMS does not meet the market standard for roles. They will often give title bumps without an equal pay increase. Our annual "merit" increase is not merit-based in any way and is actually more analogous to just a cost of living increase.
Feel undervalued for not having been offered a high pay. Receiving a higher pay would make anyone feel better.
No career goals, no career path, no career support, over worked, no plans to grow team, no support to build a team, people leave and we have to shoulder that burden in silence.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members at DMS make me feel supported and encouraged. They help me learn and push me to try new things. Our connection is built on the power of collaboration.
My team is awesome. We strive to be the best we can be as a person and as an employee. We motivate each other with words of encouragement, competitions, etc. I love my team at DMS!

DMS refers to employees as the team. The culture is welcoming, inclusive and supportive. We have a competitive spirit and the will to win.
The most positive about the culture and environment at DMS is the equality and diversity of the company. No one is left behind and we are there for each other to motivate and encourage. We want everyone to win at DMS.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview allowed me to connect with multiple team members which helped me determine if I would be a fit for the team also.
The interview process was great. I mostly liked if we made a small mistake they gave us another chance to try again.

I didn't not went thru the interview directly with DMS since Pushpros is a recently acquisition of DMS, but when I when thru in the past it was smooth.

I love that DMS is big, bold and loves a new challenge.
The office environment is what makes me happy the most. It creates a better mindset for me which leads to better customer service for the customers.

Customers see all of the turn over from the employees.
Employee retention, goals, professional support, team building, defined strategies, transparency, delegation, planning, reduce secret projects, goals that arent aligned solely on making a billion dollars, humility.
