The leadership team believes in, "leading from the front." This means they are side by side with you when you are working on a goal.
They communicate very well with their teams. I could not ask for a better team lead. Every lead keeps us on our toes and make sure that we have the proper tools to succeed everyday at DMS. They teach their teams to be the best no matter what.
