What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even before covid, I was able to work from home when my on site or other presence was not mandatory. I was able to pretty much set my own schedule.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interacted with my future team before being hired, was asked to demonstrate some of my work, and met with not only my future leader but his leader as well. She was one of the first to welcome me on my first day.
