People at DISQO love each other. We are smart and work hard, but also genuinely care about each other as people
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team works hard to ensure the entire DISQO team knows what the company is working towards. As individual, they also care about each employee and show their support for both professional and personal growth.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Got the chance to meet and talk with leadership. The interview truly was about not just whether I could do the job I was hired for, but whether I would be able to achieve my career goals long-term at DISQO too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at DISQO support each other. We succeed as a team. Part of this support includes creating a great work life balance. We work hard and push to high goals, but also always can take time off or adjust our hours to ensure we achieve personal/life goals as well!
